Secure the original cooling hose by pliers or clamps and cut (red line) hose between the pliers.
Insert the tightening straps onto the original hose and install bigger “Y” couple in same orientation like in
picture. Insert the tightening strap onto the heater hose and insert the heater hose onto the “Y” couple.
Tighten all straps very hard.
