STARTING THE ENGINE
1.
Make sure the clips are firmly connected to the battery terminals.
2.
Start the engine of the booster machine and keep it running at high idling speed.
3.
Turn the starting switch of problem machine to the START position, and start the engine. If the engine doesn't
start at first, try it again after 2 minutes.
DISCONNECTING THE BOOSTER CABLES
After the engine has started, disconnect booster cables in the
reverse order in which they were connected.
1.
Remove clip of booster cable (B) from the engine block of
problem machine.
2.
Remove clip of booster cable (B) from negative (-) terminal
of the booster battery.
3.
Remove clip of booster cable (A) from the positive (+) ter-
minal of booster battery.
4.
Remove clip (4) of booster cable (A) from positive (+) ter-
minal of the discharged battery.
