WA500-6H – VEAM430100
Calibration with empty bucket
1. Before carrying out calibration, set the machine in the follow-
ing condition.
Empty the bucket.
Carry out the warming-up operation.
Carry out warming up to set the hydraulic oil temperature to
the normal working range, then carry out normal operations
(including raising and lowering the lift arm) for at least 10
minutes (preferably more than 30 minutes).
2. Set so that the character display shows the normal service
meter and clock display.
3. Press the (
) portion of the character display mode selector
switch.
“LOAD METER“ is displayed on the top line of the character
display.
4. Use the (
) portion of the character display mode selector
switch and the (>) or (<) portion of the character display item
selector switch to display “CALIBRATION“ on the character
display.
