The blower itself generates noise below 80db with
closed doors, at full performance, so it is possible to
make an installation where the whole system is kept
at a low noise level, provided care is taken to seal all
joints, and ensure adequate pipe insulation. Contact
Kongskilde for more info.
Accessories
Kongskilde offers the following accessories for the
blowers:
•
Enclosure for outdoor mounting of the operator
panel
•
Pressure / vacuum or flow control of the blower
performance
•
Silencer for intake/outlet air
•
External start / stop contact

The blower is designed so that it can be set up out-
doors. If the operator panel is moved from its original
location inside the blower, it must be mounted indoors
(eg. on the end plate of the blower - if the blower is
indoors), or protected from water and UV rays, as pre-
cipitation and sunlight can damage the panel.

The operator panel on the MultiAir FC 4000 is mounted
and connected inside the blower on delivery, as shown:
If desired, the operator panel can either be hooked to
the blower end plate, provided the blower is indoors
(see below photo), or mounted elsewhere.

be replaced to max. 100 meters if necessary. Kong-
skilde can supply an extension cable set of respectively

Use a standard CAT6 data cable and 24V supply cable
for outdoor installation, if necessary. Use cable ferrules
for the 24V cable, and do not extend the cables as
joints may impair reliability.
The operator panel can be hung on the end plate of the
blower, on the same side as the main switch, if desired.
This is done as follows:
1 - The main switch is switched off and locked
2 - The doors on both sides are opened
3 - The cable ties on the operator panel wires are cut
