SAVING DATA BY NETWORK
The machine allows to save/export parameters and addressbook from/to the PC.
Operations are available from machine’s webSite. This mean allows tranfert from previous machine
address book to the new one.
Parameters Inport/export (file format: XML)
Operations are available on the
Settings
tab of the website.
On the left menu, clic on
Pc transfert
item to access to the import/export parameters page. Once item
selected, user can choose to download (i.e. import) parameters from a PC, or choose to upload (i.e.
export) parameters to a PC.

Download operation
requiered than user choose a parameters file on the PC, once he has clic
on the
Browse
button. Once parameters file choosen, the import operation is launch by press
Donwload
button.

Upload operation
is done in two parts the first one is launch after user clic on
Upload
button
within the web page. Once operation done an xml file is create (Para.xml) . A link to this file is
displayed on the web page. User cans left clik on his mouse and choose
Save target to
item to
save file.
Adress book Import/export via Web site(file format: binary)
This operations are available on the
Directory
tab of the website.
On the left menu clic on

clicked, user can choose to download (i.e. import) address book from a PC, or choose to upload (i.e.
export) address book to a PC.

requiered than user choose a address book’s file on the PC, once he has

Adress book Import/export via smart card
To import address book from previous machine user has just to insert card into the card reader and
follow instructions from screen. MFP accecpt multi part adress book contained into more than one card.
