Specifications for the individual file types for machine settings
Settings file for E.K.C. data:

Start the file with #EKC_TAB.
G
A maximum of 1,000 files can be edited.
G
A line must contain PASSWORD, NAME and LIMIT, each separated
by a tab character.
G
Use a maximum of 8 digits (0 - 9) for the PASSWORD value.
G
For the NAME value use only numbers, letters (upper case only) and
four symbols: “(”, “)”, “-” and “/”.
G
Use a maximum of 6 digits (0 - 9) for the LIMIT value
(0 - 999,999).
Settings file for e-mail data:

Start the file with #IP_EMAIL.
G
A maximum of 1,008 files can be edited.
G
Start the second line with #GROUP NAME. If you are using the group
function, the entry will be followed by up to 12 group names from the
5th to the 16th column.
G
Group names must be no larger than 18 bytes.
G
Start the third line with NAME, ADDRESS, KANA and DAILY USE,
each separated by a tab character.
G
NAME must be no larger than 18 bytes.
G
KANA (like name) must be no larger than 18 bytes.
G
ADDRESS must be no larger than 200 bytes.
G
Label DAILY USE and a group name with a “1” if required.
G
A group must contain no more than 2045 bytes for the e-mail
addresses of the group members.
G
A group must contain at least one user.
