5. The jog wheel for the temperature: the heating switch and the temperature adjustment (higher
to the right, and lower to the left, and when it needs to switch off, you only need to rotate the
button until the small round mark on the button to be at the top middle position. You will hear
a pop sound, and the logo will not shine).
Notes for use
1. Preparation before use: unwrap the package, take out the product and the affi liated
accessories---First insert the connection wire for the massage pads into the corresponding
positions in the massage machine (insert the ones with the same colors accordingly)---Then
insert the DC plug of the power adaptor wire into the hole corresponding to the massage
machine (if not needing the massage function, the power adaptor may not be inserted),
shown as Fig 2---Use the waistband to fi x the massage pads in the position needing to be
massaged
2. Use process: After completing the above procedures, switch off the sauna function (i.e.
Heating) (rotate the button until the small round mark on the button to be at the top middle
position)---Press UP button / RESET button to start up the machine---Press UP button /
DOWN button to adjust the intensity--- rotate the temperature button to the most appropriate
temperature. If necessary, press MODE button to switch the mode---Then adjust following the
above procedures, and so on, until you do not want to massage, then press DOWN button
until turning off the machine or press the RESET button, and then press the DOWN button,
to switch off the machine (this is the quick way to switch-off of the machine)
