- before positioning the instrument, ensure that the

distance between the ball and the cone support of the

stand is correctly adjusted as:

the entire weight of the instrument is carried by the

cone support.

The ball is merely a positioning prop for the  bass

trombone.

WARNING: too much weight on the ball could deform

the metal.

- ensure the height of the stand is correct
- position the instrument with care
- take care when setting up and dismantling the stand,

beware of pinching hands and fingers

- the high quality floor protectors are virtually free of

plasticisers;

However, if necessary (sensitive flooring) use a non-

slip underlay.

ASSEMBLY

The 14910 bass trombone stand is very easy to set up.
All the components are pre-assembled.

Extend the legs

Loosen the pedestal knob

Move the pedestal down until the stop position is

reached, re-tighten knob.
