Chipset Thermal Monitor Feature
The Intel® 3100 chipset includes one on-die Thermal Diode Sensor used by the Module Man-
agement Controller to measure the chipset die temperature.
The maximum Intel® 3100 chipset case temperature is 105°C
.
Note ...
When all ULEDs on the front panel are blinking red, it indicates that the proces-
sor die temperature is above 125°C.
Note ...
When the ULED2 on the front panel is lit red after boot-up, it indicates that the
chipset case temperature is above 105°C.
