1. USE
- BEFORE USING THE TREADMILL, MAKE SURE EACH ASSEMBLY COM-
PONENT IS PROPERLY ASSEMBLED AND STABLE: CHECK THE BELT OF
THE TREADMILL IS WELL CENTERED AND ALIGNED ON THE RUNNING
DECK AND ALL VISIBLE FASTENERS ON THE TERADMILL ARE SUFFI-
CIENTLY TIGHTENED AND SECURE.
- DO NOT USE THIS TREADMILL IF IT IS IN THE FOLDED POSITION.
- NEVER OBSTRUCT THE AIR INLETS WHEN USING THIS TREADMILL IN
ORDER TO AVOID ITS EXCESSIVE OVERHEATING!
- IN ORDER TO AVOID TO LOOSE CONTROL WHEN USING THE APPLIAN-
CE, MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS HAVE A TIGHT GRIP WITH YOUR HANDS
ON THE HANDLEBAR. WHEN USING THE APPLIANCE, DO NOT TOUCH
WITH YOUR HANDS ANY OTHER MOVING OR STILL PART OF THE TRE-
ADMILL.
- IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR, MAKE SURE TO TIE IT.
- CHECK CAREFULLY THE TREADMILL BEFORE EACH USE.
- MAKE SURE THE SAFETY AND FIXING KNOBS ARE IN THEIR POSITION
WHEN FOLDING AND MOVING THE APPLIANCE.
- IN ORDER TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURIES, DO NOT GET OFF FROM
THE TREADMILL WHEN IT IS IN FUNCTION! GET OFF OF IT ONLY WHEN
IT HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED.
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY IS 120 KGS.
- PULL OUT THE SAFETY TETHER KEY FOR EMERGENCY STOP.
- IF DURING TRAINING SESSIONS YOU FELL UNWELL (DIZZINESS,
CHEST PAIN, ETC.), STOP IMMEDIATELY THE TRAINING ACTIVITY AND
CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN.
- BEFORE EVERY WORKING SESSION, GET YOURSELF INTO THE COR-
RECT POSITION, AND PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ALL PARTS WHICH
MAY BE AN OBSTACLE.
- SET YOUR TRAINING SESSION ACCORDING TO YOUR PHYSICAL CON-
DITIONS AND YOUR HEALTH STATUS, STARTING WITHOUT OVERDOING
IN THE ACTIVITY.
