5. PUTTING INTO OPERATION.
CAUTION! Putting the boiler into operation can be
performed only by a contractual service organization
authorized for performing of this operation.
5.1. Control operations before starting.
Before starting the boiler it is needed to check:
1.
Filling the heat system with water and system tightness.
2.
Connection to chimney – this connection can be performed only
with consent of a relevant chimney company.
3.
The waste-gas flue shutter installed on its operation place as shown
on p.2.2.
5.2. Putting the boiler into operation.
CAUTION! When ignition the boiler for the first time
a condensate is formed which is later drained (it is not a
fault).
5.2.1. Performance of fire in the boiler. Set the ignition controller in
“Open” position.
5.2.2. Setting the boiler on the necessary operating temperature. The
recommended temperature of the output water is 60-80 °C.
5.2.3. Operating of the boiler in the operating condition according to the
competent standards.
5.2.4. Repeatedly check the boiler tightness.
5.2.5. Adjust the position of air-intake door flap by the means of draft
regulator or air flap adjusting screw.
5.2.6. Introduction of the user with servicing.
ATTENTION! The first heat test performance should
be recorded in the Warranty card.
DANGER! Do not open the flue damper during boiler
operation!
