Connections
Before connecting any other equipment, be sure to
minimize the volume and turn off the power of all relevant
devices to avoid malfunctions or damage to your equip-
ment.
The MIKU STOMP is powered either by an optional (separately
sold) AC adapter or by two AA alkaline batteries. Provide the
appropriate power supply as described in the “Power supply”
section of the manual.
1. Connect your guitar to the Input jack of the MIKU STOMP.
The power turns on.
Note
Connect your guitar directly to the MIKU STOMP. If an
effect unit is connected before the MIKU STOMP in your signal
chain, the pitch might not be detected correctly.
2. Connect the Output jack of the MIKU STOMP to your
guitar amp or other equipment.
Before connecting anything, make sure that your guitar amp’s
volume is lowered.
3. Turn on the power of the connected devices, and adjust
the volume.
Turn on the power of the guitar amp last, and then adjust the
volume of each device appropriately.
