6-3.3.1.4 Stimulus brightness setting
Adjust the stimulus intensity and stimulus intensity measurement sensor position. Perform the
adjustment in a dark room or cover the dome front side with a blackout curtain for adjustment.
1) The stimulus appears below near the dome center ((r,
θ
)=(2,270)). The stimulus size is
V
.
The screen shows the lamp power, intensity and sensor position setup values at the center.
[Sensor level] is the current lamp intensity read by the sensor and [Old sensor level] is the
current setup value.
2) Using an intensity meter, adjust the lamp power with the up and down arrow buttons on the
right side of the screen so that the lamp intensity is 3,183cd/m
2
.
3) Next, press Sensor. The stimulus moves to the specified sensor position.
4) Using the up and down arrow buttons at the screen lower-left corner, adjust the sensor
position so that the sensor intensity on the screen becomes the maximum while checking
visually. Note that, because the lamp position and intensity fluctuate, the sensor and stimulus
centers do not always match.
