I/O data specifications and resolution
Bits 0 to 11 of I/O data are analog data displayed in binary format. The presence of 12 bits of data means that it has a 12-bit
resolution. Since the analog signal is converted to 4096 counts (212) in the range of 12 bit minutes 0 to 4095, the analog data
value per count can be calculated as follows. In addition, the analogue data value per one count of the analog type CPU module
is obtained.
