Grounding wiring for safety
The power supply module and CPU module have a grounding terminal for safety. Ground the module as shown below.
(4)
Interlock circuitry
Configure an interlock circuit externally when the PLC outputs control opposite operation or when an accident or damage
to the machine is suspected due to abnormal PLC operation.
(5)
Breaker, fuse
Place the appropriate breaker and fuse on the power line for protection of external devices and modules. In particular, be
sure to mount the product on the output module.
(6)
Cautions for wiring the AC input module
Do not connect the inductive load to the input of the AC input module in parallel. Input module may be damaged due to
reverse electromotive force when inductive load is cut off.
When the same conditions as the magnet Ύ are loaded into the PC as shown in the figure below, connect via the contact.
(7)
Cautions for analogue output wiring
When analogue is used, the analogue output may fluctuate instantaneously due to the delay time of the PLC main unit
power supply and the difference in the start time. If necessary, construct a circuit external to prevent the external device
from being affected by these output fluctuations.
