Doing so may result in personal injury or fire.
Do not use this product for human safety.
It is assumed that the product will be used in a manner that does not immediately cause harm to the human
body even if there is a failure or malfunction.
Note
Use and store within the specified environment (vibration, shock, temperature, humidity, etc.).
Failure to heed this warning may result in a fire or damage to the product.
Be sure to understand the product before use.
[Installation and wiring]
Warning
Make sure the system has the sufficient precaution against injury and serious accidents.
Protection and safyty circuit should be placed outside of the system to make sure the safety of the system
works properly even if there is the failure or malfunction of the product, or programming failure.
Be sure to ground products with G terminals.
Failure to observe this warning may result in electric shock.
Make sure the male/female is correctly connected when connecting connectors such as option cards and
terminal blooks.
Failure to do so may cause damage.
Make sure the power supply voltage is same as those described in the specifications.
The failure could result in fire, electric shock or malfunction.
Wire correctly.
Failure to heed this warning may result in a fire or failure.
Note
Wire and arrange as specified in the specifications. Failure to heed this warning may result in a fire
or failure.
Details are described in this manual, but the following are points that require special attention.
Wire the wiring in a way that does not stress the wiring.
Failure to heed this warning may result in electric shock or fire.
Configure the circuit to turn on the external power supply when starting the power supply for the PLC (*1)
main unit so that the external power supply does not start up before the PLC main unit.
Otherwise failure or malfunction can result.
When analogue is used, the analogue output may fluctuate instantaneously due to the delay time of the PLC
main unit power supply and the difference in the start time.
If necessary, construct a circuit externally to prevent the external device from being affected by these output
fluctuations.
Connect the wiring while the power is turned off.
Failure to heed this warning may result in electric shock or failure.
※
1 PLC = abbreviation for programmable logic controllers (Programmable Logic Controller)
The abbreviated word ‘PLC’ is used in this manual.
