Introduction
Thank you very much for purchasing SJ-Ether PLC.
This section describes how to install SJ-Ether PLC, how to set up a program, how to create a program, and how to maintain the
program. In addition, it helps understand the scheme of the interface of each equipment on the controlling system.
It is intended for those who are responsible for installing or programming PLC.
Scope of warranty
(1) If the product fails under normal use conditions based on the precautionary statements in this manual within the warranty
period and we confirm the failure, we will replace the faulty parts or fix them free of charge.
(2) We are not responsible for any secondary disaster caused by its failure or its use.
(3) In the following cases, repair for a fee may be performed even during the warranty period.

Failure or damage caused by improper use, transportation, storage, etc.
•
In the event of repair at any service organization other than the one designated by us or in the event of a failure induced by
the repair.
•
In the event of a failure induced by devices other than our products connected to the product
•
Failure or damage due to fire, salt damage, gas damage, lightning, wind or flood damage, natural disaster, or abnormal
voltage, etc.

Consumables’ natural wear, wear, or deterioration
(4) The warranty of the main software is valid, only when the normal functions of it do not work.
Exports of products
For goods which need export permission/certification or products that fall under technology, the Foreign Exchange and Foreign
Trade Law must be applied for export.
Obtain permission and certification from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in accordance with the provisions.
To prevent the product being used for nuclear, missile, biological, chemical, other weapons or manufacturing such weapons,
please investigate end-use and end-user customers.
We may ask you to submit "confirmation certificate" or "written pledge" on the above requirements.
