EXPLOITATION
1. After storing the appliance in a warehouse or transporting it at a temperature below 15 °C,
it must be kept at room temperature for at least 2 hours before switching it on.
2. Check the power supply characteristics, then connect the appliance to a power source.
3. Make sure that the air vents are not closed. Open the window for air circulation.
4. Set the power controls to the maximum level. Heat an empty stove for 30 – 45 minutes.
Warning! When you connect the appliance for the first time, you may see an unpleasant
smell of burning, this is considered the norm, because the outer surface of the heating
elements may contain factory insulation materials necessary for corrosion protection. It will
disappear after 30 minutes.
Wait for the appliance to cool completely. Then clean the outside and inside of the gas
stove with a slightly damp, soapy, soft cloth. Use soft materials to clean the surface. Wait until
completely dry before first use.
Warning! During operation, the oven surface heats up and become hot! be careful do
not touch the heating elements!
For lower gas consumption, use cooking dishes with a diameter appropriate for each
burner, avoiding flames that extend beyond the bottom of the dish. Use only flat-bottomed
dishes.
• As soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat to a level sufficient to keep it boiling. During
cooking, be very careful when using fats and oils.
• Make sure that the cooking dishes do not extend beyond the hob and are not located close
to the control panel.
• Frozen food must be thawed before cooking.
• Flammable materials must be located at least 1 meter away from the appliance.
attention! Fire hazard! Do not leave objects on the surface of the hob. Never try to
extinguish a fire / flame with water. Turn off the appliance and cover the flame with a lid or
blanket made of non-flammable material.
• Be careful during operation when opening the oven door and pushing out the pan, to avoid
burns, avoid hot steam, liquid or oil splashes. Be careful when using ingredients containing
alcohol, an air-alcohol mixture may form in the chamber.
• Frequent opening of the door causes cold air to enter the oven, thereby causing heat loss.
Therefore, the oven door should not be opened unless necessary.
• Use baking paper of the right size, it should not protrude over the edges of a special mold
or other baking accessories make sure to fasten the paper.
• Do not place dishes, foil of any kind, parchment paper, or other items on the bottom of the
appliance. Do not pour water into the heated appliance, and do not store wet dishes or food
in the appliance after cooking.
