Before maintenance
1. Unpack the furnace, derive all accessories, check the instrument for absence of
damage.
2. Check characteristics of a network.
3. If necessary use soft materials for cleaning of a surface. Wait for complete drying before
the first use.
4. After storage or transportation of the instrument at a temperature below 15 °C, it is
necessary to withstand it in indoor temperature at least 2 hours before switching on in
the power supply network.
5. In case of the first connection warm up the furnace, having included on maximum
temperature for 5-10 min. In case of the first connection there can be an unpleasant smell
and a small amount of smoke that is considered completely a norm since the outside
surface of heating elements may contain the factory protective substances which are
applied for protection against corrosion.
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning disconnect the instrument from the power supply network, be convinced
that the furnace completely cooled down, then begin cleaning.
2. Wipe external and outside surfaces with a dry soft rag or a sponge with the soft cleaning
means.
3. Wash the underpan for frying, a grid and a grill from fat in warm water, wipe dry.
4. Do not use metal brushes and sponges with abrasive surfaces in order to avoid damage
and corrosion.
5. Do not use solvents, the toxic cleaning liquids leading to corrosion
6. Do not spray water on the furnace and do not dip the instrument completely in water.
All electrical wiring of the instrument is executed from the copper conforming to the high
standard.
