Processing Audio Streaming
Signals
You can process the streaming devices directly via Kramer Network audio built-in plug-in
presets.
To configure the audio features:
1. Select Manage>MATRIX VIEW>AV streaming>Audio over IP.
2. Click the Wave icon next to the input:

Currently, the signal is routed unprocessed. The following window appears:

3. On the lower left side, the green
Direct
button (
) indicates that currently the signal is
not processed.
4. For each input, choose one of the following:

Route it directly (with no processing).
▪
Process and define the signal as music (see
),
), or X-FDBK Mic (see
).
5. For each plug-in preset you can perform the following:

Click
IN
to enable or disable plugins. When enabled, all the individually enabled
plugins are active. When disabled, the signal passes directly from the input to the
output without plug-ins.
This is can be used to test the signal with/without plug-ins.
▪
Click
MUTE
to silence the plugins but not remove them from CPU processing.
Muting is
performed on the Rack’s input to allow reverb tails and delay taps to fade
gracefully.
▪
Click
ACTIVE
to disable/enable a rack, mute all signals routed to the rack and
remove it from CPU processing.
Turning off an unnecessary rack results in better CPU handling.
