Disassemble the aluminum head, cylinder
and piston (fig 5).
Clean the inside of aluminum head, must be
free of metal chip and granular dust.
Clean the piston and cylinder (fig 6).
A.
Clean the cylinder both inside and
outside, especially clean the inside of the
cylinder, it must be free of any metal chips
and granular dust. Washing with gasoline is
recommended.
B.
Clean the surface of the piston. It is
recommended to disassembe the O-ring and
wash the piston by gasoline.
C.
At the same time, check the wearing
condition of the O-ring. If the Outside
Diameter (O.D.) of the O-ring is less than the
piston O.D., please replace the O-ring to get
proper performance (please contact with the
authorized dealer to purchase, see the parts
list).
Fill the aluminum head with grease, please
make sure it is cleaned inside before
filling. The grease from manufacturer is
recommended, which is not included in the
Fill oil

(15W40, is not included) into the
piston. Please make sure it is clean before
filling (fig 8).
Assemble back (fig 9).
A.
Assemble the piston into cylinder, please
make sure if the O-ring has been assembled.
B.
Assemble the cylinder into aluminum
head.
C.
Tighten the 4 inner hex screws, be careful
not to miss the spring washer. If you tighten
the screws by electrical or pneumatic
screwdriver, please set the torque of screw
at 6mm wrench to make sure tightening is
properly completed.

You may also put glue on the screw and
then screw in(repeat the step above C).
