1. The manufacturer, the company Krinner GmbH, Passauer
Straße 55, 94342 Straßkirchen, stands guarantee for the fit-
ness of the Christmas Tree stand Krinner Comfort S, M supplied
by it, within the framework of these Guarantee Conditions. The
Guarantee period shall be 5 years, and shall commence from
the date of the purchase.
2. For the invocation by the purchaser of the manufacturer‘s
guarantee provided by Krinner GmbH, it shall be necessary for
the purchaser to send a proof of the date of purchase / cash
receipt or voucher together with the Christmas Tree stand and a
description of the defects that have been found, to Krinner GmbH.
3. Krinner GmbH will remove defects found during the guaran-
tee period free of cost. If the rectification or repair of the fault is
impossible or cannot reasonably be regarded as feasible, the
purchaser shall be provided with a replacement unit. The costs
for retransporting the unit to the client shall be borne by Krinner
GmbH. If on checking for the fault claimed by the purchaser,
the fault is not found or were the guarantee claim is excluded
in accordance with point number 4 below, the costs of the
retransport shall be borne by the purchaser.
4. The guarantee claim shall become invalid if the purchaser
improperly handles the Christmas tree stand, or wilfully causes
damage to the same.
5. The Manufacturer‘s guarantee given by Krinner GmbH shall
apply concomitantly with the express warranty rights of the pur-
chaser vis-à-vis the seller provided under the law on the basis
of the purchase contract entered into by the purchaser with the
seller. Commercial express warranty rights can however only
be exercised against the seller himself or the company that
has sold the Christmas tree stand. In particular, it shall only
be possible for the purchaser to enforce a cancellation of a
sale (dissolution of contract) or a reduction in the selling price
against the seller within the framework of the express warranty
rights provided under the law.
6. The Guarantee claims cannot be passed to third parties. The
rectification or repair or delivery of a substitute product shall not
restart the guarantee period. A one-time guarantee period of 5
years as per point number 1 above shall apply.
MANUFACTURER´S GUARANTEE
1. The Christmas Tree stands should only be used in accord-
ance with the Instructions for Use and only for the installation
of naturally grown tree trunks. All use of the stands not in
keeping with the specifications, and the installation of rotary
clothes driers, flagpoles or sign plates, etc. is expressly pro-
hibited. Damages arising due to use not in keeping with the
specifications or improper use of the stands are excluded
from liability.
2. Christmas Tree stands should only be used in-
doors / in living areas. When putting up the Christ-
mas tree, please make sure that the position of
both tree as well as stand is straight and secure.
The trunk of the tree must be cut off straight for it to stand
securely. Trunks that have been cut off slanted need to be
trimmed straight to prevent tilting. A balanced distribution of
weight is particularly important for one-sided or excessively
heavy trees. Check that the tree is really standing securely.
3. Do not allow children to use the Christmas Tree stands.
Always put up the Christmas Tree without the tree decorations
and candles.
4. At the time of installing the tree, the foot lever of the Christ-
mas Tree stand should only be operated with the foot (wear
suitable footwear!). Care should be taken to ensure that no
person places any part of the body in the working area of
the fixing clamps during the clamping process (danger of en-
trapment or crushing of body parts!). Pay particular attention
to children in this regard.
5. Do not alter or manipulate the structure of the Christmas Tree
stand. Damaged Tree stands should not be used any longer.
6. Please use water without any additives for filling the water
tank, as well as for cleaning the Christmas tree stand.
7. Add water once the tree is in place according to the
instructions below to avoid water leakage that may cause
damage, especially underneath the tree stand.
8. Never allow candles to burn unattended. We recommend
not to light the candles once the tree has dried out.
