RANGE HOOD INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
The range hood must be installed and connect-
ed to the electric mains by authorized person-
nel only.
Do not remove protective film from the range hood
body, until you make sure, that the range hood
is in good and working order by connecting it to
electric mains and checking it in various operat-
ing modes. Please, remove protective film from the
stainless steel body of the range hood only after it
is installed in the intended position.
Please, remember, that the distance between
the grease filter and electric hob must be at
least 65 cm, and the distance between the
grease filter and the gas stove is at least 75 cm.
You model is a build-in range hood.
These range hoods are intended for building-in
into kitchen furniture in a wide variety of ways.
However, few things are common for all ways and
methods of installation.
– visible part of the range hood is the removable
decorative panel (pos. 1 on Figure 3) while the
main body of the appliance is hidden in the wall
drawer;
– irrespectively of the air outputting method, the
output port of the range hood must be con-
nected with the flexible air duct through the
appropriate flange and brought out toward the
ceiling (recirculation mode) or connected to the
ventilation stack (air outtake mode).
1. Please, prepare the wall drawer, where you
intend to install your range hood. Cut out rect-
angular hole in the bottom of the wall drawer
(see Figure 10). In addition to that, cut out cir-
cular hole in the ceiling of the wall drawer to
connect the flexible air duct.
2. To prepare the range hood for the installation
into the wall drawer:
– remove grease filters, by unlocking the
latches;
- remove decorative panel 3 (see Figure 1),
by unscrewing its mounting screws.
Connect one end of the flexible air duct (to be
purchased by the user) to the adapter flange,
having preliminary coated it with a sealant,
and fasten it with a clamp (to be purchased by
the user).
3. Insert the range hood into the wall drawer.
Fasten the range hood to the wall drawer us-
ing four mounting self-tapping screws (see
Figure 11).
4. Install decorative panel and grease filters in
their original positions.
