Warranty terms and conditions
Free of charge repairing items are that items which are
used exclusively for personal, family, home and other
needs that are not related to the performance of entre-
preneurial activity or satisfaction of domestic needs in
the office of the organization, institution or enterprise.
Use of the product for purposes other than those men-
tioned above is a violation of the operating rules.
The coupon entitles you to free repair of the prod-
uct within 24 months from the date of purchase. For
service issues, contact the official representative of the
brand. The data of the official representative can be found
on the website krona-steel.com. Defective parts of prod-
ucts during the warranty period are repaired or replaced
with new ones for free. The solution to the issue of the
expediency of their replacement or repair is taken by the
Service Center.
The service life of the product is 7 (seven) years. The ser-
vice life of the product is calculated from the date of pur-
chase or if it is not possible to determine it, from the date
of manufacture of the product encrypted into the serial
number on the manufacturer's label inside the hood.
The presence of the factory label on the product is man-
datory! Make sure it is present and stored for the entire
life of the product. The absence of a factory label can lead
to the impossibility of determining the model of the prod-
uct, the date of manufacture and as a consequence the
refusal of free repair.
Free repair is performed only if you have a correctly filled
warranty card, a bill for the product purchased or other
documents confirming the warranty period of the product
submitted for repair or diagnostics.
When buying the product, make sure that the warranty
card was correctly filled, had no corrections, and it indi-
cates the following: date of sale, stamp of the trade or-
ganization and seller's signature (including tear-off cou-
pons), model and serial number of the product.
Before calling a service center specialist, read the in-
struction manual of the product carefully. If a specialist
of the service center correctly diagnoses the product, the
service center will have the right to demand payment of
a false call from the consumer according to the price list.
The manufacturer does not bear any responsibility for any
possible damage caused to the consumer or his property,
and does not perform free repair in the following cases:
– lack of documents confirming the right to free repair;
– repair by unauthorized persons, disassembling the
product, changing the design and unintended inter-
ventions;
– non-observance of the operating rules specified in the
instruction manual for the product;
– non-observance of the installation rules specified in
the instruction manual for the product;
– installation of an air duct with a diameter less than that
specified in the operating instructions and the pres-
ence of obstructions for free passage of air in the chan-
nel;
– replacement of components and consumables (acces-
sories, lighting lamps *, charcoal filters, grease-col-
lecting aluminum filters, remote controllers, batteries
etc., plastic parts manually moved);
– use of consumables of inadequate quality;
– faults and damages caused by extreme conditions and
actions of force majeure (fire, natural disasters, etc.);
– the effects of water and solutions on the mechanical
and electrical components of the product;
– negligent storage and / or negligent transportation;
– damage (failures) of equipment or violations of its nor-
mal operation caused by animals or insects;
– falling into the internal working volumes of foreign ob-
jects;
– mechanical damage to the product (scratches, cracks,
chips, etc.);
– loss of presentation of the product due to exposure of
the product to chemicals;
– use of cleaning / washing agents that are not suitable
for this type of product;
– thermal, mechanical and other similar damage that
arose during operation;
– use of the product for purposes for which it is not in-
tended;
– non-observance of the warranty service conditions
specified in the warranty document.
Setting up, installing, connecting and cleaning the prod-
uct does not apply to warranty service.
