KITCHEN HOODS
The model name and important technical char-
acteristics of the kitchen hood are specified in-
side the case.
Security measures
The kitchen hood is connected to the power net-
work with the voltage of 220/240 V – 50 Hz, us-
ing a wall outlet with earthing only. The kitchen
hood has 1 electrocution protection class.
Use the light bulbs with the voltage no higher
than specified in the Instructions.
It is forbidden to operate the kitchen hood with-
out an aluminum grease filter.
The air from the kitchen hood should be re-
moved to the air shaft only (its removal to the
chimney is strictly forbidden).
SAFETY OF CHILDREN
Children often do not understand the danger of
electrical appliances. While the kitchen hood is
functioning, watch your children and do not al-
low them to work with it. Packaging materials
(such as polyethylene film) may cause suffoca-
tion. Keep them out of reach of children
DESCRIPTION
OF THE KITCHEN HOOD
The outer part of the hood consists of the following
components (Fig. 1, 1a):
1. The switch of the exhaust motor modes.
1a. Touch control panel.
2. The switch of lamps of the hood.
3. Sliding panel.
4. The built-in part of the hood housing.
5. Aluminum grease filters.
6. The ceiling lamps.
Inside the skitchen hood under the aluminum
grease filter there are following elements (Fig. 2):
1. Motor box with motor and impeller.
2. Mounting box.
3. Illumination lamp.
4. Micro switch.
The micro switch provides additional convenience
when using the kitchen hood. Moving the sliding
panel to its extreme forward position switches the
kitchen hood at the pre-set ventilation speed (Fig.
3). Pushing the sliding panel to its normal position
switches the kitchen hood.
The supplied kit includes:
1. Set of hood fasteners.
2. Adapter flange with non-return valve (Fig. 4).
Additional accessories for the kitchen hood:
Charcoal acrylic scent-trap filter (as a rule, not in-
cluded in the set) (See Fig. 5).
Used for air filtration in the premises in the recir-
culation mode.
You can buy a charcoal filter from a retail seller.
CONTROL OF
KITCHEN HOOD
The kitchen hood has 2 ventilation speeds. You
may select low, medium or high ventilation level
depending on the intensity of evaporation during
cooking or frying.
For more efficient air purification, switch on the
stove and the kitchen hood simultaneously. It will
make the ventilation process more efficient. Let
the kitchen hood work for some time after you fin-
ish cooking; thus you will get rid of vapor and un-
desirable smells in the kitchen.
Control panel
KAMILLA (EU), KAMILLA (EU) Power
On the front panel of the kitchen hood housing af-
ter moving the lower sliding panel to the extreme
front position appears the operation modes key-
board (Fig. 6).
1. Key switch for backlight lamps.
2. Push-button bi-stable motor operation modes
switch:
1st speed (low noise work);
2nd speed (intensive preparation).
With these switches you can turn on one of the two
speeds of the motor in any order.
The backlight can be switched on and off regard-
less of the operating mode of the motor.
