Connecting hydraulic hoses

WARNING! People standing between the tractor and the machine may be injured! Make
sure that there is no one between the tractor and the machine while the machine is
connected to the tractor, especially when reversing the tractor.
Move the tractor backward to the machine and position the lower links (1) under the lower
link pins of the machine.
Raise the lower links (1) until they engage in the ball sleeves and lock.
Secure the tractor against rolling away.
Hinge the top link (2) on the three-point hitch and secure it.
In order to avoid that the machine swivels out laterally when driving on roads and when
working on the field, fix the lower links.

In order to connect the hydraulic hose properly, the hydraulic hose (1) is labelled with a number
or a letter.

Hydraulic hoses for connection to a single-acting control unit are marked with a number and the
plus sign, e.g. (1+).
Use a control unit on the tractor which can be locked in the neutral position against unintentional
operation.
Relieve all pressure from the tractor hydraulics.
Shut down and safeguard the machine,

Clean and dry the connections of the quick couplings.
Connect the hydraulic hose (1+) to a single-acting control unit on the tractor, with locking
unit in neutral position.
