•
Lower the cross conveyor over the terminal.
•
Engage the PTO and observe the conveyor belt movement at a safe distance.
Checking / Correcting the direction of movement:
•
Switch off the PTO and then the tractor engine, secure the tractor against rolling and
remove the ignition key.
If the conveyor belt drifts off the running roller (L), then the drive roller must be tightened or
loosened.
Conveyor belt drifts off the running roller to the outside (L1): Tighten the clamping screw (3).
Conveyor belt drifts off the running roller to the inside (L2): Unscrew the clamping screw (3).
If the conveyor belt drifts off the drive roller (A), then the running roller must be tightened above
or below.
Conveyor belt drifts off the drive roller to the outside (A1): Tighten the clamping screw (5).
Conveyor belt drifts off the drive roller to the inside (A2): Tighten the clamping screw (4).
Note
•
Do not make these adjustments while the conveyor belt is running. In each case only
make small adjustments to the conveyor belt (turn the clamping screws through 1 or
2 revolutions). Carry out a trial run after each adjustment and check the markings.
•
Adjustments may only be made on one side. That means that the clamping screw
that was previously tightened must be released again to avoid overtensioning the
conveyor belt.
•
Once the conveyor belt is properly set the markings must lie between
1005 mm and 1008 mm. Provided the individual marking measurements remain
within the range 1005 mm to 1008 mm a difference between above and below is OK.

•
Raise the cross conveyor belts until the dimension is X= 13 cm.
Measured between rubber pad and frame. As a result, the cross conveyors are mounted on a
pendulum bearing after the nut (3) is released. They can be moved manually.
•
Close stop cock (2).
•
Switch off tractor engine, secure the tractor from rolling away and remove the ignition key.
•
Loosen the nuts (3), do not unscrew them completely.
•
Move cross conveyor belts manually.
