Removing the existing parking support
•
Connect the mowing unit properly to the tractor
•
Swivel the mowing unit into transport position using the tractor hydraulics and raise it until
the existing parking support (a) can be removed
•
Switch off the engine, remove the ignition key, and secure the tractor from rolling away
•
Remove the parking support (a) and set it aside for reinstallation later
Mounting a new parking support
•
Mount the lock for the rear parking supports (2) as shown in Fig. (III) at the appropriate
places on the mowing unit
•
Place the front parking support (1) on the screw points provided for it on the mowing unit
and screw it on with screws (8), washers (9) and nuts (10) (tighten nuts finger tight) (right
and left side of the machine)
•
Push the rear parking supports (2) into the corresponding guides and secure them with
the bolt
Lowering the mowing unit
•
Swivel the parking supports into transport position and lock them in place with the bolt
(1).
•
Lower the mowing unit with the tractor hydraulics until the parking supports (1,2) are on a
level and firm base (concrete/paving)
•
Check that all parking supports are secure
•
Disconnect the hydraulic lines at the hydraulic couplings and close off with dust caps
•
The mowing unit can now be disconnected from the tractor
