Working with the Brunoise Head
This is used to processed
vegetables (e.g. courgette,
carrots, kohlrabi, and celer-
iac) into small cubes.
Make sure yourself before
starting the work that the col-
lecting container

and the
ejector

are mounted. In-
sert the appropriate Brunoise
slicing disk, close, and lock
the Brunoise Head

. Turn
the handle of the rod

at
the Brunoise Head counter-
clockwise until it stops. Then
insert the filling tube (
20).
Note: You can only open the
Brunoise Head, when you
completely pull out the rod
(18) from the pushing device
opening.
Note: You do not need to install the remover (15) when working with the brunoise
head.
Remove the pusher

from the filling tube
(20).
You can now insert the cutting
material into the hole. Springs in the filling tube prevent the cutting material from
falling onto the slicing disc and cutting it too early. Turn on the vegetable slicer
with pressing the green push button

. With the pusher
(19)
press the cutting
material down. To refill, you do not have to switch off the vegetable slicer. You
can refill cutting material during operation.
Only fill the feed tube with Cutting Material, that the pusher
is guided in the feed tube.
