CLEARING THE PHONE DIRECTORY
When you want to replace your phone directory completely, you can delete all of the numbers in your
phone directory at once:
Asks which area you want to clear.
Chooses the phone directory.
Yes; clear the directory.
No; keep the information in
the directory.
After typing [Y] to clear the directory, you can type the letter of the location in the phone directory
and then enter a new phone number to be stored; or you can type [CTRL] and [9] (SAVE) to save the
changes without entering new information.
Saves changes.
NOTE: If you wish to change only one phone number in the Phone Directory, follow the instructions for
changing saves information.
