Before contacting our technical support team, please check the following.
If the device is not working
Is the power cord plugged in correctly?
Is the fuse in your fuse box working properly?
Is the power cord in good condition?
If the device runs continuously
Are all your doors and windows closed?
Could the humidity be coming from somewhere else?
Is the target humidity level too low? (see page 57)
If the device is unable to achieve the target humidity level
Does the air in the room circulate freely?
Is the air inlet or outlet obstructed?
Is the room temperature too high or low? (see page 56)
Is the filter clean?

Tank full
Once the condensation
water tank is full,
the device stops
Open the hatch at the back.
Using both hands, carefully remove the full
condensation water tank from the device, then
empty it. Reinsert the empty condensation
water tank and close the hatch.
Tank incorrectly inserted Check whether the condensate tray is correctly
inserted. The direct drainage plug (black rubber
stopper) must be visible at the bottom right.

Technical malfunction
Unplug the power cord for 5 seconds, then plug
it back in.
If this doesn’t work, try again. If after a maximum
of two attempts the error message reappears, please
contact our technical support team for assistance.
