9. OPERATING CHECKS

9.1 MALFUNCTIONS 

SELF-DIAGNO-

STIC 

The display located on the control panel (Photo N 

- 7) also has the function of showing any active 

alarms on the machine concerning to the control 

board operation; in case of alarm will be shown the 

code and a brief description of the error.

Here below is the list of error messages with the 

corresponding diagnostic:

Check vacuum motor absorption. Detected 

elevated work current by the suction motor.

AL_3: Function Po-

werstage Fail

Power section dama-

ged

Power section of brush or vacuum motor da-

maged; replace the card.

AL_4: Function Over-

Overcurrent on brush 

or vacuum motor ou-

tputs

Short circuit detected on the output of brushes 

or vacuum motor: check connections and en-

gines status.

AL_5: Function Over-

temperature

Thermal protection on 

brush / vacuum motor

Overheating on brushes and vacuum motor 

power section: check absorptions.

AL_13: Traction Pedal

Pedal connections 

Check connections and pedal potentiometer 

status.

Check battery connections.

the traction motor.
