n
The safety instructions labels must be in front of you once the accessory is in place; if not,
the pasta will not run through the rollers.

IPS
:
n
Allow the pasta dough to rest at least one hour before using it.
n
You must do two things to make pasta, except for lasagne: first, flatten the dough with the rolling mill and
then cut the pasta with the chosen die.
Flattening the pasta: appliance speed 4 to 6
n
Gradually make the pasta sheets thinner by adjusting the rolling mill button (l1) (from 1 to 12 from thick
to the thinnest).
- Up to number 7 to cut them into the desired shape with a die.
- Up to number 12 for lasagne.
Cutting the pasta: appliance speed 4 to 6
n
Collect the pasta with the rods of the pasta dryer (Fig. 7g), dry them before cooking them or cook them
immediately so that they do not stick with each other.
S
TARTING
:
n
Set the rolling mill (l1) to 1. (Fig. 7d)
n
Turn the speed control knob (a1) to the desired setting.
n
Cut a piece of pasta dough and feed it through the rollers; allow the pasta to drop by itself catching it
with your hand; the pasta becomes thinner between the rollers. Collect the pasta below and repeat this
operation by adjusting the button (l1) of the rolling mill to 2, etc. until the dough's thinness is suitable for
your dish. (Fig. 7e)
n
To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob (a1) to 0.
n
Place the desired die in the same manner as the rolling mill. (Fig. 7f)
R
EMOVING THE ACCESSORY
:
n
Wait for the appliance to come to a standstill.
n
Turn the rolling mill or die to the front to remove it. Release it from the outlet (a9).
n
Unplug the appliance.
n
For easier cleaning, quickly rinse the accessories after use
except for the pasta rolling mill (l) and
dies (m).
n
Completely dismantle the mincer, juice extractor, vegetable cutter and blender jug attachments.
Handle
the blades with care, as some have sharp cutting edges.
n
Wash, rinse and wipe the accessories. They can be put in the dishwasher except for all the metal com-
ponents of the mixer accessories, blade (c1), kneading hook (c2), mixer blade (c3), balloon whisk (c4),
of the mincer attachment, body (e1), feed screw (e2), blade (e3), hole plates (e4 and e5), nut (e6), the
pulp container of the juice extractor (j2), the rolling mill (l) and dies.
n
The hole plates (e4) and (e5) and the blade (e3) must be kept lubricated. Wipe them over with cooking
oil after each use.
n
Never immerse the motor unit (a) in water or put it under running water. Dry with a dry or
slightly damp cloth.
n
If your accessories are discoloured by food (carrots, oranges etc.), rub them gently with kitchen towel
dipped in cooking oil and then clean in the usual way.
n
Blender assembly (d): hot water with a few drops of washing up liquid into the blender jug. Close the
cover. Fit it on the appliance and give a few pulses. Remove the blender, rinse the jug under running
water and leave it upside down to dry.
For cleaning more difficult residues, especially with thicker preparations, the blade nut assembly can be
detached from the blender. To do this, place the empty blender upside down on a flat surface, release
the blade/nut assembly with a quarter turn and
lift out the seal with care.
