D. Fall Hazards
1.
Do not lifting glass panel that is not dry or
unclean
2.
Do not lifting glass panel that is damage
with fissure or crack, which might
potentially break apart while you are lifting
and cause injury
E. Tip-over Hazards
1. Do not exceed the rated load capacity.
The maximum capacity is 180kgs.
2. Do not travel the machine with a raised
load or under slope.
3. Do not raise the load unless the legs
have been fully locked.
4. Do not place ladders or scaffolding
against any part of the machine.
5. Do not replace machine parts critical to
stability or structure with items of
different weight or specification.
6. Do not cause a horizontal force or side
load to the machine by raising or
lowering a fixed or overhanging load.
7. Do not use the machine on a moving or
mobile surface or vehicle.
8. Do not operate the machine in strong or
gusty winds.
9. MAKE SURE the area is level with
raised load.
F. Collision Hazards
1. Do not rise if the load is not properly
centered on the load platform.
2. Do not lower the load unless the area
below is clear of personnel and
obstructions.
3. Use common sense and planning when
transporting the machine on an incline,
slope or stairs.
4. Do not move the machine when it is
raise.
5. Do not stand under or allow personnel
under the machine when the load is
raised.
G. Vacuum cup Hazard
1. While vacuum pad is sucking glass panel,
please ensure vacuum pad is maintained
vacuum.
2.
Once vacuum pad‘s pumping plunger
safety red line is visible. Its indicating
vacuum pad is not maintained enough
vacuum to hold the glass securely.
3.
Please press vacuum pad‘s pumping
plunger repeatedly, until red line is no
longer visible
H. Electrocution Hazards
1. This machine is not electrically
insulated and will not provide
protection from contact with or
proximity to electrical current.
2. Keep away from the machine if it
contacts energized power lines.
3. Personnel must not touch or operate
the machine until power lines are shut
off.
4. Do not use the machine as a ground for
welding.
5. Maintain safe distances away from
electrical power lines.
I. Improper Use Hazard
Never leave a machine unattended with a
load.
Unauthorized personnel may attempt to
operate the machine without proper
instruction, creating an unsafe condition.
