ASSEMBLE THE BASE COMP UPPER
AND LOWER
1. Place the upper bag comp. base LH (2) to the upper
bag comp. base RH (3) with two w sems bolts (4) and
two plain washers (6). And secure them with two nuts
(5).
Place the upper bag comp. base assy (2)(3) to the
lower bag comp. base (1) with four sems bolts (7) and
four plain washers (13) from the outside in for each
side, and then secure them with four nuts (8) and four
plain washers (13) as seen.
A
Tightening torque: 102.9 to 117.6 N-m (10.5 to 12.0
kgf-m)
2. Place the link collar (9) in each lower arm.
Place the lower arms to the upper bag comp. base
(2)(3); align it with the holes.
Place two hex bolts (10) and two plain washers (12)
from the outside. Then secure them with two locking
nuts (11) and two plain washers (12).
A
Tightening torque: 77.4 to 90.2 N-m (7.9 to 9.2 kgf-m)
