INSTALL THE HARDWARES
1. Install the lever plate RH (9) to the frame with two
square neck bolts (14) and two nut (15) as shown in
the figure, and secure them.
Do the same for the left side plate (8).
2. Assemble the hook stay RH (2) and the lock plate RH
(4) with the plain washer (13) set between the hook
stay RH (2) and the lock plate RH (4) as shown in the
figure.
Then secure the assy (2)(13)(4) with the rue ring cotter
(11) set into the hole of the pin of the lock plate RH (4)
as shown in the figure.
3. Install the above assy (step 2) to the frame with two
square neck bolts (14) and two flange nuts (15) as
shown in the figure, and tighten the bolts and nuts.
4. Install the arm lock stay RH (6) to the frame with a
square neck bolt (14) and a flange nut (15) as shown
in the figure, and tighten a bolt and nut.
5. Set the lock arm (7) to the pin of the arm lock stay RH
(6), and secure them with two snap pins (12) as shown
in the figure.
6. Set the lock spring (10) to the lock plate RH (4) and
lock arm (7) as shown in the figure.
7. Do the same for STEP 2 through STEP 6 for the left
side parts (1)(13)(3)(5)(7)(10)(11)(12)(14)(15).
