WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• The sudden release of the clutch may cause the
tractor to lunge in an unexpected manner.
The clutch is disengaged when the clutch pedal is fully
pressed down.
(1) Clutch pedal
IMPORTANT :
To help prevent premature clutch wear:
• Disengage the clutch pedal quickly and engage
it slowly.
• Avoid operating the tractor with your foot
resting on the clutch pedal.
• Select proper gear and engine speed depending
on the type of job.
9. Clutch pedal with dual clutch
[L3901 Manual transmission type]
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• The sudden release of the clutch may cause the
tractor to lunge in an unexpected manner.
The transmission clutch is disengaged when the clutch
pedal is pressed down half-way (A). The PTO clutch
remains engaged.
Both transmission and PTO clutch are disengaged
when the clutch pedal is fully pressed down (B).
(1) Clutch pedal
(A) Press down half-way
(B) Press down fully
IMPORTANT :

10. Main gear shift lever and range
gear shift lever [Manual
transmission type only]
You can shift the main-gear-shift and the range-gear-
shift only when the tractor is completely stopped and
clutch pedal is depressed.
(1) Main gear shift lever
(2) Range gear shift lever
(3) Clutch pedal
(A) Neutral position
(B) High
(C) Low
IMPORTANT :
• To change speeds, press the clutch pedal
completely down and stop the tractor before
proceeding with speed change.
