2. Raising the ROPS to the upright
position
1. Remove both snap pins and lock pins.
(1) Lock pin
(2) Snap pin
2. Raise the ROPS to the upright position.
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Hold the ROPS tightly with both hands and
raise the ROPS slowly and carefully.
3. Align the lock pin holes, insert both lock pins and
secure them with the snap pins. Do not use your
fingers to align the holes.
4. Tighten the knob bolts slightly.
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Make sure that both lock pins are properly
installed as soon as the ROPS is in the
upright position and secured with the snap
pins.

3. Adjusting the foldable ROPS
1. Adjust the free fall of the ROPS upper frame
regularly.
2. If you feel less friction when folding the ROPS,
tighten the nut (1) until you feel the right friction
when moving it. Then replace the snap pin.
