Solution
My toaster won’t
turn on
• Check the power outlet is turned on
• Make sure you press the lever until it clicks into place
My bread is stuck
in the toaster
• Ensure you turn off power outlet and unplug cable and
allow time for the toaster to cool. Once unplugged and
cool attempt to remove the bread by using the 'high lift'
function. If still stuck, turn toaster upside down over a sink
and gently shake.
My toast is
burning
• Turn down the browning control. 1 is the lowest setting.
There is a
burning smell
when I use my
toaster
• Clean your toaster and crumb tray to remove any crumbs
or bread, see page 13.
