7. First simulate the cut-off point, then adjust blade feeding sensor with visual measurement to
confirm the distance between blade tip and cutting shaft. Press operating handle to move the
blade holder upward to let the cut-off point lean against the cutting shaft, then rotate the
cutting shaft for several times, then visually measure the circular blade tip until it completely
suits the cutting shaft then confirm the simulation.
8. Confirm the cutting materials according to the order and then set various parameters.
A. Adjust the blade feeding sensor with visual measurement (the method is same with cut-off
point, and be assuring that the distance between the circular blade tip and the material top
should be at least 10mm to confirm smooth right and left movement).
B. Set the material width (cutting size), cutting quantity and model, etc.
C. Set the main shaft rotation speed (common material speed 300-500RPM, if the material is
thick or hard, then the speed would be 500-800RPM)
D. Set the circular blade rotation speed (common materials rotation speed zero, if the
material is thick or hard, the speed would be 300-500RPM.
E. Set the contact speed, cutting speed, cut-off speed ((usually 3-4-3 or 4-5-4), according to
material softness and hardness, and residence cycles (three cycles at least to ensure complete
cut-off) ;
F. Set the cutting angle (choose the material according to the cutting size and diameter. If the
diameter is big and cutting width small, then the angle would be big, and vice versa. The
precondition is we can have some trial tests to ensure the cutting materials don’t have
bowl-shape.
9. Auto cutting (medium water spray of nozzle, on the condition that the cutting surface doesn’t
have over spill or spreading of adhesive, burr and seepage, etc.)
10. After finishing cutting, take down the material and close the tailstock spindle to ensure the
cutting shaft would not be deformed because of long time hanging outside, and then check the
precision of the cutting size.
11. Move the blade holder to the tail part and stay within the right limit.
