Circular blade usage reference:
This model uses circular blade, and usually for cutting adhesive tapes, they require
beautiful surface. If the users don’t know how to make improvement, so the following factors
can be referred to make improvements.
1. Before using the blade, first the operator needs to know the cutting materials belong to
what category, say: film, BOPP tape, masking tape, double-sided tape, kraft paper tape, foam
tape or other products, and also different widths and diameters. In the cutting process, we
need to analyze the cutting tool angle. Our company offer blades with multi-functional
angles, and classified into A, B and C three types for different purposes.
A: used for cutting 3-6mm width
B: used for cutting 8-30mm width
C: used for cutting 40-100mm width

2. The reason why three types of blades are used is we need to know how much support the
tape width can hold, and to avoid the bad cutting because of deviation. For example, the
following A, B and C are illustrated to show cutting different widths.
