5.2 machine lubrication
1.
Add lubricant in the tailstock spindle and keep the surface clean. Add lubricant into the joint
bearing that supports the cylinder (once a week)
2.
Add the solid lubricant in the solid lubricant mouth on the blade holder (once a week)
3.
Add solid lubricant in the fixed flange of the angle adjustment screw (once a week) and keep
the screw surface clean.
4.
Add oil on the contact surface between the rotation plate and the water containing and move
it left and right, and keep the surface clean without dust, sand or oil stain. (once a day)
5.
Add oil on the copper cover of the rotation pivot of the rotation plate and keep it without any
dust or water stain.
6.
Add lubricant on the fixed place of the blade holder adjustment screw nut and add solid
lubricant on the guide rail and move it upward and backward and keep it clean.
7.
Add lubricant in the circular blade axis fixed bolt (once a day)
8.
Add lubricant in the cutting shaft chuck place (once a week)
