for use

The appliance may only be used to prepare food for domestic purposes.
Overheated fats and oils are inflammable. Therefore never operate app-
liance when unattended.

Frozen foods and foods with a high water content are very likely to spit
fat when fried.

Never use water to extinguish burning fat or oil.

Fires caused by fat should be fought with fire extinguishing agents or
suffocated with a blanket.

Fats with a fire point below 350 °C can be a fire hazard. Animal fats or
oils are not suitable for frying because of their propensity to oxidize ra-
pidly.

When cooking the appliance must be filled with the minimum amount of
oil or fat.

Do not use dirty or old oil as this is easily inflammable and causes the
oil to foam.

Remove oil spits from the floor immediately. Danger of slipping!

Let the top to become cold before closing.

Do not put hot pans on the top.

for cleaning

Switch off the appliance before cleaning.

Parts or accessories that come into contact with foods should be cle-
aned with detergents and then rinsed with clean water.

for installation

Use an effective external all-polo interruption device with a contact gap
of at least 3mm.,i.e.. safety fuse. 

The appliance should be installed in such a way that no water can get
into the container.

Connection must be equipped with an earthed shockproof socket of 10A.

for repairs

Repairs may only be performed by authorized personnel.

The appliance must be disconnected completely from the mains when re-
paired.

Following a short-circuit (safety valve released) or after replacing heating
coil, the functions of the appliance must be checked once again.

Before the fryer is used for the
first time

Initial cleaning

Remove all foreign material and packaging.
Before using the fryer for the first time wipe the inside of the fryer and all
accessories with a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. Rinse well
with clean water to remove all detergent, then dry the appliance.
