ADJUSTING THE MIDDLE/HIGH FREQUENCY FILTER
With tuner 2 you can enhance or subdue the middle/high frequencies. In turning the tuner clockwise, the sound
will become duller. When the tuner is turned counter clockwise, the sound becomes brighter and more brilliant,
but eventually also scratchier. Regulate this tuner to obtain the sound that best represents that of your
instrument.
ADJUSTING THE PARAMETRIC FILTER
The parametric filter has been pre-set for the middle frequency range, using tuners 4 and 5. By turning tuner 3
you can either bring out (clockwise) or subdue (counter clockwise) this middle frequency range.
When tuner 3 is set in the middle position, the filter has no effect. If you are already somewhat familiar with
parametric filters, you can greatly alter the frequency of this filter. However, to do this, a somewhat fine touch is
required, as the tuners 4 and 5 must always be positioned identically.
Eventually, it would be possible to adjust the tuners to each other by ear. when tuners 4 and 5 are ,,out of tune"
with each other, a whistling may result, or the effect of the filter may be unclear.
When the tuners 4 and 5 are turned clockwise, the frequency level of the filter sinks (bass range). Likewise, when
the tuners 4 and 5 are turned counter clockwise, the frequency level of the filter is raised (treble range).
