Introduction
We would like to thank you for deciding to purchase this high-quality solder fume extraction
device and wish you much success in using it.
With this filter device, you can rely on a compact, powerful machine with an economic air
recirculation system. With its continuously adjustable extraction capacity, the device can be
adapted to all local conditions. Variable positioning and installation options allow use even
when space requirements are restricted. Additionally, a flexible plug-in system of extraction
arms and nozzles offers the opportunity to adapt the device to changing workplace conditions
at any time.
Filtering the solder fume occurs in two stages: First, large particles are captured by a pre-fil
-
ter. A downstream combined filter consists of a HEPA filter component and an activated
carbon filter which take on the remaining particles and absorb harmful gases.
Thanks to its low noise level and rugged metal housing, Ersa EASY ARM 2 is suitable for use in
virtually any environment, from production through to development and laboratory areas.
