4.6 Unpacking, setting up and connecting the Rework System
4.6.1 Unpacking

Two people are required for lifting the Rework System:
a) Carry the Rework System in its carton box, on a pallet, to the place of installa-
tion.
b) Open the fastening tapes of the carton with a scissor and remove the upper
part of the carton box.
c) Remove the top foam packaging.
d) Remove the accessories from the packaging.
We recommend storing the packaging material for later use. The Rework System
can be safely packed, stored and transported only with this packaging material.
4.6.2 Set up
WARNING
Fire hazard, hazard due to heat accumulation!
Personal or material damage is possible!
a) Above, behind and next to the machine there must be no furniture (shelves, cab-
inets) or flammable products!
b) The distance to the walls must be at least 10 cm.
CAUTION
Danger of material damages
The bottom heating is mounted on a soft support, therefore the Rework System can-
not be lifted at the bottom heating.
a) The Rework System cannot be lifted at the bottom heating or the components
connected to it.

a) The Rework System should be grasped by two people at the authorized lifting
points and lifted out of the carton box. The Rework System weighs about 55 kg.
