Unpacking and installing the Rework system
4.7 Unpacking and installing the Rework system
– The Rework system must not be exposed to rapid temperature changes. If the
Rework system is carried to an environment with a very different temperature,
let it adjust to the room temperature for several hours before startup.
– To carry the system within your company’s premises, use a suitable forklift to
pick up the pallet with it.
– To lift the Rework system out of its packaging and lay it down in its designated
location, use a crane. For the machine weight, please refer to Chapter [Tech-
nical data [
– Two people are needed for the Rework system to be unpacked.
The Rework location must meet the following requirements:
– The place of installation must be draught-free! Do not install the unit near
ventilation ducts or air conditioning units.
– A bright light pointed at the Rework system may lead to a malfunction of the
cameras.
– As regards supply lines and environmental conditions, please see Chapter
– The table must be stable, properly aligned and vibration-free. For the machine
weight, please refer to Chapter [Technical data [
– The bottom heating moves sideways and to the front and therefore takes up
more space than the machine base. With regard to this, please also read
Chapter [Technical data [
Unpacking the Rework system
Handle the Rework system very carefully.
a) Carry the Rework system in its covering box on the pallet directly next to the its
designated location.
b) Remove the mounting straps.
c) Pull up the top of the cardboard box.
