Temporarily editing the soldering profile in the [Rework] tab
3 Selecting a soldering profile. Search by profile
name possible.
Switch to the [Profile management] tabulator to
create and save soldering profiles. With regard
to this, please read the Create, copy, delete and
save soldering profiles in the [Profile manage-
ment] tabulator [
4 Chart with soldering curves. Display of the sol-
dering process with soldering curves for solder-
ing and unsoldering. If any changes are made
here to the soldering process, these will be ap-
plied but not saved. If you switch from the [Re-
work] tabulator to another tabulator, all changes
to the soldering profile will be lost.
With regard to this, please read the The chart in
the [Rework] tabulator [
5 Parameter bar with the tabulators [Information]
and [Heater config] and small arrow key to recall
the [Image processing] dialog. The rework pro-
cess may be started only here, with the [Start]
button. With regard to this, please read the The
tabulators [Information], [Heating setting] and
the arrow key [Image processing] [
6 Workflow bar for determining the process steps
(from the left to the right). If any changes are
made here to the process, these will be applied
but not saved. If you switch from the [Rework]
tabulator to another tabulator, all changes to the
soldering profile will be lost. With regard to this,
please read the The [Process Automation] button

You can access the tabulators [Archive], [User administration], [Profile manage-
ment], [Administration] and the button [Manual mode].
The functions of the [Rework] tabulator are in large part the same as those of the
tabulator [Profile management ]. For a description of the [Profile management ]
tabulator, please read the Editing the soldering profile in the [Profile management]
tab and changing it permanently [
Only a user logged in as “Administrator” may access all functions. If you are logged
in as “standard user”, you cannot save the changes nor view the [Profile manage-
ment] tabulator.
The [Rework] tabulator includes also the [Start/Reference] button, which starts the
rework process. With regard to this, please also read the Tutorial – Soldering or un-
soldering a componentchapter.
The functions of the [Rework] tabulator are described in detail in the following
chapter.
