Temporarily editing the soldering profile in the [Rework] tab
6.5.3.4 The tabulator with the small arrow key (Image processing) under the
[Rework] tabulator
If you click on the arrow key, the [Image processing] button will be visible. Click on
this button to open the [Image processing] tabulator. At the centre of screen the
chart (4) with the heating curves will be displayed, below which the rows and relev-
ant buttons for the [Process automation] (6) will also appear.
The heating curves in the centre of the screen may be changed. With regard to this,
please read the The chart in the [Rework] tabulator [
the [Process automation] row (6) may also be edited at any time. With regard to
this point, please also read the The [Process Automation] button row

75]chapter. With these buttons you can activate or deactivate process steps.
All changes made in the [Rework] tabulator will be applied but not saved. If you
switch from the [Rework] tabulator to another tabulator, all changes will be lost.

The parameters in the [Image processing] tabulator
[Red and green overlap information]: If activated, in the camera overlay image the
board will be displayed in green and the component in red. The parts of the two
overlapping image planes ( board and component) will be displayed in blue. If deac-
tivated, the camera image will be displayed in grey.
[Contrast component]: If the [Red and green overlap information] button is activ-
ated, you can adjust the contrast value for the component displayed in red.
[Contrast board]: If the [Red and green overlap information] button is activated,
you can adjust the contrast value for the board displayed in green.
At the bottom on the right you can find the [Start] button, which allows you to start
the rework process. Before starting the rework process, make sure that all settings
are correct. For an example of soldering process, please refer to the Tutorial – Sol-
dering or unsoldering a component chapter.
