6.13 The [Manual Mode]
Use button [Manual mode] to display and hide, in tab [Rework] button column
[Manual mode].
By moving the mouse over one of these buttons, a describing tool tip will be dis-
played.

Administration
The buttons allow the following functions to be switched on and off at any time:
1: Switching on/off the cooling fan.
DANGER
Laser beam! Risk of injury due to retinal burns
a) Do not stare into the laser beam!
b) Do not point the laser beam at other people! Reflecting surfaces under the laser
generate reflections!
c) Class 2 laser according to DIN EN 60825-1:2008-5, P < 1 mW, λ = 650 nm
– 2: No function.
– 3: Move the heating head to the park position.
– 4: Switching on/off the pipette vacuum.
– 5: Switching on/off the pick-and-place laser.
– 6: Take a picture. A screenshot in data format *.bmp will be saved in folder C:
\Users\Ersa\Appdata\Roaming\Ersa\HR550\CapturedImages gespeichert.
– 7: Vision Box lighting. Opens a submenu for selection: above red component
camera, below green PCB camera.
– 8: Opens a submenu with further buttons. Free motor run for starting any posi-
tion of the heating head and of the pipette:
